We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth through successful sales and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Scam GuardDog's solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, with experience in selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to sales.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, and anti-fraud solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
